Parental consent is available on certain piercings for minors 16 years and older. For parental consent the adult must prove guardianship (i.e. birth certificate, court docs), and have a valid i.d. The minor must present an i.d. as well (school i.d. and birth certificate together may be used to prove age and identity). No photos are allowed.

There is only a 15 minute late grace period before your appointment is cancelled. If you are running late please call the shop to let your artist know.
