EVERYONE MUST PRESENT A VALID PHYSICAL ID. Must be 18 years or older for ALL tattoo services.
Parental consent is available on certain piercings for minors 16 years and older. For parental consent the adult must prove guardianship (i.e. birth certificate, court docs), and have a valid i.d. The minor must present an i.d. as well (school i.d. and birth certificate together may be used to prove age and identity). No photos are allowed.

Any appointment changes MUST be done up to 24 hours before appointment. No changes are allowed within 24 hours of the start of your appointment. Only 1 reschedule is allowed per deposit. There is only a 15 minute late grace period before your appointment is cancelled. If you are running late please call the shop to let your artist know.
A $50 nonrefundable deposit for ALL tattoos, and a $20 nonrefundable deposit for ALL piercings is due within 30 minutes of booking your appointment via Cashapp to $stencilsarttattoos. Or at check out you can pay in full. If you select pay later you MUST send in your deposit. If you pay in full you do not need to send in a deposit. Deposits may also be made in person in the store. Deposits are credited towards full balance.
