Parental consent is available on certain piercings for minors 16 years and older. For parental consent the adult must prove guardianship (i.e. birth certificate, court docs), and have a valid i.d. The minor must present an i.d. as well (school i.d. and birth certificate together may be used to prove age and identity). No photo copies are allowed.

I want to start off by saying thank you to Stencils tattoo. Saturday was my first time visiting, from the time I walked in the service was spectacular, clean, and comfortable environment. Tasha Mack was who I booked with for my daughter. This was my daughter first tattoo but you would have never imagined, Tasha had her so comfortable she talked to her and laughed all the way through the process. Tasha exceeded my expectations, In the end my daughter loved her tattoo and will be coming back. Thank you for the great customer service you provided Tasha.
